Of man's ambition, this document serves ample testimony
To the above reviewer who claims this tome contains no more than a checklist and was not useful to him, my response can only be that even Hamlet, tossed into the ape's den, will eventually become so much banana toppings.
Fundamentally, a Check List
This book is a big check-list.Do not buy it if you are actually looking for building code information.However, it would probably be useful to contractors who want to be sure they have covered all bases.(I gave it two stars because it was not useful for me.)

A Must Companion for the UBC Code

Fair Tax the best way to fund government
The most important thing about the Fair Tax - EVERYONE would know EVERYTIME they paid their income tax.The sneaky way the government is funded now - through witholding taxes - keeps people from knowing how much they pay in income tax.In fact, most people think they don't pay income tax when they get their refund!
I've heard it all, yet still support the FairTax!
For the blowhards who say the government will raise taxes on guns, but not Big Macs, I have a guestion to ask them, "have you read this bill?" or better yet, "do you understand this bill?".
If Only It Were True!
Ose contends that a 23% retail sales tax on new goods (and services) would allow abolishing the IRS, and income, Social Security, Medicare, corporate income, death, AMT, gift, capital gains, and self-employment taxes.

You'll ease your stress if you use the advice in this book
Jim and John have a wonderful way of making you feel like you're sitting down at your kitchen table with a bankruptcy attorney who only has your best interests at heart. They don't pull any punches, and sometimes what they tell you isn't what you really want to hear, but you know they're giving you solid advice. Your anxiety level will plummet if you are thinking of filing bankruptcy and are looking for someone to hold your hand through the process.
